Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern the Real Cut affiliate program, operated by NotBW d.o.o., Slovenia (“we”, “us”). Together with the numbers published at realcut.ai/affiliates, they are the whole agreement. There is no second, longer document.

You apply, a person reviews it, and we tell you either way. One affiliate account per person or entity. Tracking and payouts run on Rewardful, a Stripe-native affiliate platform; while that integration is being armed, we onboard and pay early affiliates by hand on these same terms.

You earn 30%of every payment we actually collect from a customer you referred, for that customer’s first 12 months starting at their first paid charge. That covers subscriptions and credit top-ups alike.

• Commission accrues on collected revenue only — refunds and chargebacks reverse the matching commission
• No commission on free usage, promotional credits, or your own purchases (see section 5)
• After the 12 months, that customer’s payments stop paying commission — we say this plainly rather than hiding it

Links attribute by last touch within 60 days: the most recent affiliate link a visitor clicked inside the window wins. Your personal promo code attributes at checkout with no link involved — spoken in a video, printed in a caption, wherever.

• If a cookie and a promo code disagree at checkout, the code wins — it is the closest signal to the sale
• Attribution is fixed per customer at their first paid conversion; the 12-month clock runs once per customer

Payouts go out by PayPal on the 15th of each month, minimum balance $20; smaller balances roll forward. A commission becomes payable 30 days after the charge behind it — the refund window. Keep your PayPal address current; commissions are paid gross and taxes on them are your responsibility. We may request a W-9 or W-8 form where the law requires one.

Accepted affiliates get a Pro seat free while active. Active means at least one new referred customer or one published piece featuring Real Cut inside a trailing 90 days. The seat is for your own use, not for resale, and we tell you before removing it.

• No paid ads on brand terms.Do not bid on “real cut”, “realcut”, “realcut.ai” or misspellings in any paid search or social placement, and do not point paid ad traffic directly at realcut.ai domains.
• No self-referral. Running your own subscription — or one you control — through your link or code forfeits the commission.
• No spam. No unsolicited bulk messages, comment spam, or listing your code on coupon-scraper sites.
• Represent the product accurately. Real Cut edits the real person on the footage and never fabricates one. Do not promise features or results this site does not claim.
• Disclose. State the affiliate relationship clearly wherever you promote — FTC-style, visible, not buried.

Breaking these removes you from the program, and commissions traceable to the violating activity are forfeit. Commissions from clean activity are still paid.

After 6 months with no referral activity we may close an affiliate account, with email notice first. Any earned balance is paid out before closure, minimum waived.

Material changes to the program come with 30 days of email notice, and no change reduces commissions already earned. Either side can end participation at any time; everything earned through the end date is paid on the normal schedule. If we ever end the program entirely, the same 30-day notice and full payout apply.
