- The RCM 1 model page and model card published at /rcm-1, with the benchmark methodology pre-registered before any number exists. This ledger opened the same day.
- The developer surface at /developers: REST and MCP documentation with keys that mint today — direct inference answers 503 until RCM 1 clears the quality bar.
- The in-app browser editor hardened in a production test pass: pointer input, keyframe capture, track operations, error recovery.
